The purpose of the White Paper is to provide a high-level assessment of the potential capabilities of various types of demand side response to contribute to meeting various TSO power system needs. It summarises and highlights issues and potential initiatives, including those raised by the demand side response industry and by EirGrid and SONI, and sets out how these issues and potential initiatives will be considered in future planning work.
