The purpose of this Code of Conduct is to set down the general principles and standards which govern the professional activities and conduct of all employees in EirGrid. “Employees” shall mean EirGrid permanent and temporary employees, any third parties (sub-contractors, agency workers, volunteers, interns and agents) working under direction of and/or engaged by EirGrid).
