This report provides a summary of the engagement and consultation activities carried out by EirGrid at Step 3 – “What is the Best Option and What Area Might Be Affected” of the Kildare Dublin Grid Reinforcement Project engagement process and the findings from an independent review of all responses and feedback received. This feedback will be considered by EirGrid as it proceeds to Step 4 - “Where Exactly Should We Build” of the Kildare Dublin Grid Reinforcement Project. M-CO, an independent consultancy specialising in public and stakeholder engagement and consultation, was commissioned to report on the findings from this process.
