Ministers Announce Publication of Joint Framework for an All-Island Energy Market and Endorse Plans for a Second North and South Electricity Interconnector

The Minister for Communications, Marine and Natural Resources, Noel Dempsey T.D., and his Northern Ireland counterpart, Barry Gardiner MP, Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Investment met and reaffirmed their Governments commitment to an all-island energy market.
