SONI and EirGrid held an industry information session on 19 August 2025 to provide an overview and clarifications of our Low Carbon Inertia Service (LCIS) Phase 2 consultation focusing on the requirements and procurement approach.

The webinar provided a detailed presentation of Worked Examples relating to the paper and an opportunity for Q&A. This document contains the questions submitted by industry both in advance of and during the session together with the TSOs' answers to those questions.

​​This paper sets out the TSOs' recommendations to the SEMC regarding the DS3 System Services Tariffs to FASS ('The Gap'), reflecting the feedback received on the Consultation Paper through stakeholders' written responses and input to the industry workshop. This paper also summarises that feedback and provides the TSOs' commentary in response.
