Condition 21A of EirGrid’s Transmission System Operator
Licence (the Licence) requires the Compliance &
Assurance Officer to report at least annually to the
directors of the Licensee on his activities during the
period covered by the report and the investigations he has
conducted and shall specifically include the
Compliance & Assurance Officer’s assessment of the
compliance of the Licensee with the requirements of
Conditions
