A Draft Collaboration Agreement is proposed between EirGrid and the winner of the auction process. The purpose of the Collaboration Agreement is to encourage and facilitate cooperation and collaboration between EirGrid and the ORESS Tonn Nua auction winner in delivering the overall project.
