This report has been prepared by ESBI Engineering Solutions for the purpose of
identifying suitable sites for the construction of a new 220kV indoor station within
the Dublin City Council North Fringe area of Dublin on behalf of EirGrid plc, the
transmission system operator.

EirGrid?s Response to Feedback Received at the Meeting of Monaghan County Council on 20 June 2011

The document covers following the completion of the Phase 2 consultation and engagement period, the Phase 2 Lead Consultants Report, identifying the preferred route corridor and the indicative overheard line routewhich was published The preferred route corridor, indicative overheard line route and copies of the Phase 2 Lead Consultants Report will be
available to the public to view between the 29th July and 26th of August 2011 at the locations below.

This Phase 2 Lead Consultants Report prepared by ESB International, should be read in conjunction with
the previously published Phase 1 Lead Consultants Corridor Identification Report available on the EirGrid projects webpage

This report will give the results and conclusions reached after KEMA�s assessment of the five
safety topics agreed upon. The report is organised in sections, each focusing on a certain safety
aspect, and is ended with a concise set of conclusions.
