This annual report covers the financial year from 1 October 2024 to 30 September 2025. During this period, we continued to operate a safe, secure and resilient power system and market. We also continued our work to deliver the electricity sector transformation required to meet Ireland’s energy and climate targets, as well as to build grid capacity to support social and economic growth. In particular, we reached significant milestones for transforming how we operate the power system and progressing our highest priority major infrastructure projects.
