This Statement of Payment and Charges which applies from 1st October 2014 to 30th September 2015 contains the harmonised all-island rates for providers of Reserve, Reactive Power and Black Start which have been approved by the Commission for Energy Regulation and the Utility Regulator Northern Ireland (UREGNI) in their Decision Paper1.
This Statement also contains the rates for payments to providers of Interruptible Load / Short Term Active Response (STAR) which operate in the Republic of Ireland.
