Data used throughout the Generation Capacity Statement 2022-
2031.

This document contains two sections comprising of:
Part A – Capacity Summary for Ireland 2022-2031;
Part B – Generation Capacity Statement 2022-2031.

The Generation Capacity Statement (GCS), which is published
annually by EirGrid, examines the likely balance between
electricity demand and supply during the years 2021 to 2030.

This paper has been updated to reflect one minor edit to the
original paper (published on 29 September 2021).
