This document represents EirGrid plc’s Modern Slavery & Human Trafficking Statement, detailing the measures implemented to address modern slavery within our operations and supply chains, in compliance with the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015.

The EirGrid Financial Crime Policy brings together our existing Anti‑Bribery and Corruption (ABC) and Anti‑Fraud requirements into a single, consolidated standard. It outlines EirGrid’s commitment to conducting its activities with integrity, transparency, and accountability, and to promoting ethical business practices across all operations.

This policy sets out EirGrid’s procedures for reporting and dealing with wrongdoings in the workplace and addresses the requirements of the Protected Disclosures (Amendment) Act 2022. The Act provides statutory protections for workers and is designed to foster an environment in which workers can feel safe in raising concerns regarding potential wrongdoings that have come to their attention in the workplace.

This document outlines the process that is underway by EirGrid to transition our way of reporting on project delivery from the Network Delivery Portfolio (NDP) to the Transmission Infrastructure Delivery Update (TID) Update.

For the period 1 January 2025 to 31 December 2025, EirGrid plc can confirm that it has established, maintained, and operated internal and external reporting channels and procedures to allow for the making of disclosures and for follow-up of such disclosures. The associated procedures for the internal and external reporting channels are encapsulated within the company’s Protected Disclosures Policy, which is reviewed annually, approved by the Board of EirGrid plc and available to all workers.
